Refund Policy

At Eason Smoke, we want you to have the best shopping experience possible. To help you make an informed decision, we provide detailed product descriptions, measurements, and photos. Please read the product description and specifications carefully before purchasing, and please contact us at easesmoke@gmail.com for more information about any product.

If you receive an item damaged or we shipped it in error, please contact our returns department within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your package at easesmoke@gmail.com.

If no attempt is made to contact our returns department within 48 hours, your order will be deemed complete and without any issues.

Except for any product designated as non-returnable on the Site, we will accept product returns and refund you the purchase price, less original shipping and handling charges. Subject to our Shipping and Returns Terms, please note the following refund rules without violating them.

  • Unshipped Orders, support full refund.
  • Shipped Orders, within 2 natural days, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Shipped but not signed order, we will refund the balance of after deducting the round-trip freight. Our standard one-way freight is $7.99, that is, we will deduct the freight of $15.98.
  • Shipped and signed order, we only accept refunds for packages signed within 60 days and unopened and unused.
  • All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • All pods, atomizers, e-liquids, coils, RBAs, disposables and clearance items are final sale and are not covered by our return policy and warranty

Approved refunds will be processed within approximately ten (10) business days of receipt of the item and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
